Hello everyone,

Sophie and I are having our birthdays soon. (Sophie is on the 22nd and I'm on the 28th of September) And we're having a BBQ, Croquet game, Fire and Party for our close friends at our house on the 30th of Sept. (Saturday). Its a daytime BBQ, and nighttime booze up and fire. (Mezcal and Acoustics). And we look forward to have you all over to hang out as a family and share in the good times. Please RSVP to me or Soph by then so we can get enough meat. If anyone is after gift ideas, im happy with almost anything, tho a card with a few buck to go towards parklife would be great, and Sophie is into anything classic, kitsch, or informative.

So this almost turned into a disaster, with big fights and a broken ankle, everyone was at Shariffs watching the footy and showed up late. The night unfolded nicely however, with all participants getting toasted and having fun while the children (Al, Pete and Nick) played in the backyard and threw sparklers at each other. We also had a show of the Croquet girls in bikinis. Zoe debuted her new boyfriend Alex who was pretty cool. For my birthday I got framed photos, an etch-a-sketch and money, plus all the guys chucked in together to get me a parklife ticket which was excellent. That night I slept with Polkadot, not someone I am particularly drawn to, but it was excellent sex and a good birthday pressie!
