10.57 - 27th of August - 2007

I woke to a call from Pablo, he's resigned from working for the Volaris music centre, I can keep on going to guitar lessons but to his house three suburbs away. I like Pablo, but I live by the motto of 'give me convenience or give me death'.

I made a light breakfast of toasted muesli with honey and yogurt and sat out by the sun.

Caroline called, she wanted to know could I drive her to the hospital for her tooth, I said I could, she'd be over soon, in the meantime I sat out by the sun with my shirt off and practiced guitar. Ben came home to watch me watering during the day, he thought I was an idiot. I was. I stopped and went to wash the dishes.

Caroline came over but I told her my license was expired, she seemed annoyed and ran off to her car to find someone else to take her.

Ben and I walked to pick up our bikes from Bills workshop. I came home and Ben went to his friends.

Today is the first day that I set myself a goal of stopping some negative influences. I have succeeded for today, I will maintain this for another thirty days, it's a little tough but I am happy to be taking this step.

Didn't eat much to make up for the huge ammount of meat and junk that I ate on the weekend.

Megs came home, I made tamarind juice. We had noodles and got excited about our birthday party. It's going to be a street party in our parking lot, we're going to paint the bricks with palm trees and jungle, play music and have a bbq.

Sat in my room, cleaned my macbook and surfed the net for information on Quicksilver, Self improvement and Blogging while listening to Ahmad Jamal and Soundgarden.
